Back-to-School Anxiety During COVID
Having recently held a support group to address concerns around heading back to school in these unprecedented times, I have sourced a great resource from the Childmind institute.
This outlines the types of anxieties that children and young people may face while offering suggestions as to how to best support them with these.
I hope you find it helpful and I wish you all the very best with navigating the next few weeks as we attempt to get back to a new type of normal.
