CHARMS is a website based system for keeping all of your fostering records and information in one place. This page is a guide to get you started.
Login to the system:
When your account is setup you will be sent an email from The Social Care Network (the company behind CHARMS). This will give you a link to access the login page with some login credentials for you to use.
Follow the steps in the email and on the link and you will be setup in no time.
