New Placement Support Worker in the South West

We are delighted to welcome Kirsten to our team in the South West. She brings a wealth of experience and we are really looking forward to working with her:

I have been working for the NHS for the past 4 years supporting families with new born babies. I have previously worked in a special educational needs school as a teaching assistant and also within mainstream school too. I’ve been really looking forward to working with different age ranges again.

I have had a excellent first week meeting different members of the team, everybody has been so supportive in answering my 100s of questions. Im really looking forward to meeting some more of the families too, hopefully I will see you over the next couple of weeks.

At home I have 2 young children ages 6 & 8 both are full of energy! I also have a crazy cocker spaniel, 2 cats and 2 guinea pigs. All keeping me very busy! Were lucky to live near the beach so have lots of scooter rides and dog walks there – most ending with a hot chocolate on the seafront.Kirsten - Foster Placement Support Worker
